Restructured and publicly placed $6 million in debt. Reducing debt service expense by $50K
per month.
Purchased and directed installation of fully integrated computer system that reduced
administrative hours, improved financial reporting and improved the ability to monitor the flow
of goods through organization.
Reworked past Medicare Cost Reports and received $180K in previously unclaimed
reimbursement that was due to the company. Designed and implemented a plan to capture in a
timely fashion, additional monies that would be owed by HCFA on a going forward basis.
Reduced dietary cost by 37%, by implementing systems control utilization, waste and spoilage.
