Simultaneously manage multiple sites and between 20 and 60 staff members across the State of Hawaii. Utilize
customer service expertise when communicating with clients to resolve or avoid conflicts. Remain up to date
on all performance evaluations, operational, and profit and loss reports. Manage over $100 million in assets
with responsibility for identifying capital expenditure projects. Manage rental rates and discounts, contract for
ongoing repairs and procure and purchase needed supplies and services.
Successes include opening four new locations, and bringing Hawaii's performance up to first in the six-district
division while sustaining employee turnover below minimum threshold. Staff was mentored to reach high
honors within the company with one receiving an Extraordinary Award. Promoted two managers to District
Training Lead positions, and advanced six staff members within the district to store manager positions.
Participated in the Disney Leadership Institute and Team Trek Team Building and Leadership Development.
Completed over 40 Skillpath management modules and attended Skillpath How to Excel in Managing and
