Principal (current, began as Staff),
U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), National Technical
Nuclear Forensics Center (NTNFC).
Working with Noblis team members to provide technical and task management leadership.
Providing technical management, project planning support, and subject matter expertise to NTNFC.
Drafted the NTNF Pre-detonation Certified Reference Materials Requirements Memorandum of Understanding which was signed by
the Interagency Stakeholders.
Led various NTNFC and interagency programmatic document revisions and updates, including developing the NTNF Pre-detonation
Certified Reference Materials Requirements Memorandum of Understanding which was signed by the Interagency Stakeholders.
Supported government staff in the management of nuclear forensics technology advancement projects (>50) at eleven Department of

Chemical Materiel Project (NSCMP)
Led Noblis NSCM Logistics and Maintenance marketing effort which resulted in a new business area. Initial tasking was in
excess of $1mil.
Noblis Project Manager for multiple chemical demilitarization projects with staffing between three and ten people with budgets
ranging from several hundred thousand to several million dollars. Performance resulted in quick promotion.
Voting member of several Test Integrated Project Teams (WTIPT) and Data Authentication Groups (DAG).
Site Manager for the company’s site presence at Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, UT. (Resulted in very quick promotion)

State representative to federal agencies and panels in addition to performing technology assessments and

Represented the State of Nebraska on the Environmental Protection Agency’s Miscellaneous Metal Parts and
Leather Tanneries Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) development committees.
Represented the state to the State and Territorial Air Pollution Program Administrators/Association of Local Air
Pollution Control Officials (STAAPA/ALAPCO now the National Association of Clean Air Agencies NACAA)
Conducted technical review/analysis of new technologies or new applications of existing technologies and
recommend the State of Nebraska position on implantation of these technologies or applications of technologies.
ITT Defense: Electro Optical Products Division
Senior Engineering Assistant
Led all Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) semiconductor vendor qualifications and interactions on both domestic and international levels for all
substrate material used in the nightvision process.
Improved surface quality of incoming GaAs substrates, eliminating two pre–growth procedures, producing a 75% yield increase and
cost savings of $9 million per year.
Identified two major defect contributors in the vendor process and facilitated the correction of these problems.
Initiated changes in the pre–epitaxial etch procedure resulting in a 40% yield increase.
