Title : Modeling and Real-Time Simulation of Non-Grid Connected

Wind Energy Conversion System

Software : MAT LAB SIMULINK

Team : Five Members.

Description : This project presents a Real Time Simulator of Non-Grid

Connected Wind Energy Conversion System suitable for controller design and

test. High energy efficiency can be achieved by adjusting the rotor speed

according to the wind speed. Simulation results show the validity of system

modeling and control strategy.

Title : Power Quality Enhancement for Wind Farm to Weak-Grid using

UPQC

Costom Power Device

Software : MAT LAB SIMULINK

Team : Five Members.

Description : This project presents a new compensation strategy

implemented using an UPQC for the enhances of system power quality and the

regulation of voltage due to a sudden load connection. In future work,

performance comparison between different compensator types will be made.
