the past almost 6 years managing a team of 16 helping with trouble shooting issues,
administrative duties, staffing skill building coaching and mentoring.

COMMUNICATION During my time at Teleperformance I have been able to stay within the top 10 supervisors and
have stayed at the number 3 spot the majority of the time. I recently was placed in the high
honor of the Blue Diamond Club for the best of the best supervisors. I was honored at a
banquet a few years ago voted for by many of my peers and co-workers. I have been honored
with perfect attendance most years that I have been employed at this company.
LEADERSHIP I am part of the Fun Committee to help with employee morale, Help with community drives to
help with the homeless problems and clothing drives, as well as cancer awareness
