. Co-ordinate with stores to procure materials with acceptable packing

condition to avoid loss and damage.

. Evaluate vendor reliability and develop new supply sources and also

keeping the vendor base number at minimum level.

. Production lead time and Transit time Identify the mode of Transport

and also placing the contract with transporter to reduce the logistics

cost.

. Identifying areas to reduce cost through value engineering and

alternate sourcing.
