As a legal surveyor/instrumentman for several large construction companies,
engineering and legal companies, I have demonstrated the following:
Ability to determine the precise measurement and location of elevations,
points, lines and contours and to reference the same in the region to be
surveyed.
Ability to verify the accuracy of survey data, maps, sketches and reports
and preparing the same.
Capable of working with all types of survey equipment, data, maps, sketches
and reports and preparing the same.
Capable of reading and working from architectural, structural and
mechanical blueprints.
Capable of doing building lays and applying architectural building location
to legal survey plans and creating initial grid lines on the ground as
well as establishing initial elevation datum.
Capable of applying coordinates grid mathematics to architectural plans
and checking architectural plans to verify accuracy and correctness, and
also locate the same on the building site.
