transfer form and seek for its approval every time there's

machine transfer to other subcon or branch in other country.

o Coordinate with Impex department for the truck booking and other

documents needed when transferring machine.

2. Responsible for the full control and monitoring of spare parts.

o Consolidate the request of all subcon.

o Prepare consolidated purchase request note to be submitted to

purchasing department for processing.

o Coordinate with the purchaser for any problem/issue that popped-

up during the process of purchasing/approval of supplies.

o Make the monthly spare parts inventory report to be submitted in

Hong Kong office.
