Through out the last decade I have worked in a number of different jobs in
different areas of customer service ensuring a wide grasp of the many

my primary commitment and focus is in seeing to the satisfaction of the
customer.

good for me as it helped me discover my talents for customer service and

they wanted. It's not about making money it's about helping the customer
discover what they want.
City of Iowa City; Lifeguard-(2001-2007)- I loved being a lifeguard because
it gave me the most immediate sense of responsibility. There was a mutual
respect between the patrons and myself, which created a plausible dynamic
for everyone involved. I enjoyed the swimming lessons (both children and
adults) with the responsibility, with their trust invested in me, and with
my personal strength of patience, it felt appropriate.
Administrative 2006-2011
Administration was good for me because it gave me an opportunity to really
become familiar with my co-workers and employer(s) as much as my
responsibilities. It also gave me the opportunity to become more familiar
with different computer programs and Internet programs for chronicling and
cataloging different types of information.
"The Book Store" Cataloguer (2006-2007) - I spent a number of months
working in a small local bookstore called "The Book Store". My
responsibilities included documenting and writing descriptions on used
books for sales in both the shop and on-line. This job gave me a
discernable familiarity with intent detail orientation in documenting every
detail of a books condition.
Louis Carlos Bernal Gallery, Pima Community College; Gallery Assistant
(2009-2011) - For two years I was a gallery assistant at the Louis Carlos
Bernal Gallery. My Duties included exhibition installation as well as
varying duties around the office. I really enjoyed this job for introducing
me to the professional art world as well as its administrative
responsibilities. I learned a number of different skills: filing, mailing /
mailing list, reception, etc.
Editorial
Tucson Daily Wild Cat; Editorial Comic Artist (2011-2013)-During my
attendance at the University of Arizona, I was the artist and writer of a
four panel comic strip. I loved this position as it gave me the opportunity
to express my considerably unique sense of humor. This job also taught me
the importance of meeting dead lines and to consider issues with a
universally appreciable approach.
Education
University of Iowa 2005-2006
My first year of college was a pivotal moment in my life when I had to
decide what my educational pursuits would be, and when I decided to follow
my passions. I spent this year developing my reading, writing, and
creative abilities. While simultaneously working in two different jobs
focusing on customer service, I learned the importance of time management.
Pima Community College 2009-2011
I came to Tucson Arizona in 2009 and had decided to complete my educational
goals. So I started to fulfill my general education requirements at the
local community college, where I also developed my administrative abilities
