TAMILNADU on 28th August 2012. The company is a prominent producer of

Medical Diagnostic Films, Medical Imaging Films, and Scanner Films etc. A brief

data about the fabrication of films that are unified with automation is been

knowledgeable from the company.

Visited SESHASAYEE PAPER AND BOARDS Ltd, at ERODE district of TAMILNADU

on 4th October 2013. The firm produces extensive collection of products such as

printing and writing papers, packing and wrapping papers and specialty papers.

The complete procedure involved in the manufacturing of paper is been imparted

by personals allied with the numerous batch processes in the firm.

Final year project executed at COLOURESBURG DIV OF SHAKTI KNITTINGS PVT

LTD. Sipcot industrial growth center, Erode, Tamil Nadu during January to March

2014. Dyeing of textile materials is the prime process carried out in the company.

The processes involved during the dyeing of textile materials is been learned by

the guidance of company professional.

ACADEMIC PROJECT PROFILE:

1. AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF EVAPORATOR IN DYEING INDUSTRY USING PIC

MICROCONTROLLER

Abstract: The proposed project system includes Evaporator setup, flow and pressure

measuring device controlled using PIC microcontroller. The inlet flow of the evaporator is

controlled with respect to the steam pressure by means of PIC microcontroller.

2. AUCTIONEERING CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A CATALYTIC TUBULAR

REACTOR USING LABVIEW

Abstract: The proposed project setup includes a Catalytic reactor, Temperature

measuring device and Coolant systems that are interfaced with LabVIEW. The

temperatures from the various spots of the tubular reactor are measured using array of

thermistors. Temperature control is carried out by relevant coolant system and the

system operations are monitored using LabVIEW.
