I have worked with customers in the consumer and business

environments, dealing with scheduling appointments, handling payments,

and dealing with customer satisfaction ranging from good to bad

situations. I am able to deal with customers calmly and professionally

at all times no matter what came up either in person or on the phone.

managing payments, and making hot or cold calls to set up meetings for

business opportunities. A lot of time I had to manage all this myself
