and operations management responsibilities to include Production Scheduling

and Customer Service. Extensive experience developing and implementing

Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Management systems. I have worked with

the following programs: Microsoft Office, Paradox, Peachtree, JD Edwards,

Quick Books, Syspro, EZSpec and Logic report writer, as well as custom

production and distribution systems.

PSP & DIGITAL 2012 - 2013

System Development & Strategic Planning

Contracted position to develop a customized ERP system, review and analyze

potential CAPEX expenditures, execute Inventory Consignment agreements and

institute best business practices across multiple departmental interfaces.

. Developed Estimating, Purchasing, Consignment, Inventory module

integration

. Initiated four Inventory Consignment stocking program agreements,

resulting in a reduction of 20% in cost of material over six inventory

categories.

. Implemented Purchasing and Receiving process controls allowing for

greater management visibility and authority.

. Initiated blue tooth capable, bar code driven, receiving and inventory

reconciliation program.

. Developed internally facing customer inventory program completely

integrated within current shipping and project management module

ALERE 2011-2012

Purchasing, Inventory & Control Manager

This was a contracted position to support the Director of Operations during

the transition and consolidation of two divisions. Responsibilities

included all areas of order processing, purchasing, inventory and control

functions.

. Responsible for maintenance and control of Item Master, Extended Item

Master and Branch Plant Inventories utilizing a variety of reporting

and operational controls to insure minimal back orders

. Supervision of 10 full time warehouse employees including shipping,

receiving and production functions for two divisions serviced by the

Distribution Center

. Participate in standing and ad hock committees as required to meet

changing requirements and goals of departments serviced by

Distribution Center.

PSP & DIGITAL 2006-2010

Operations Manager

. Managed all aspects of the company including production, purchasing,

production planning maintenance, vendor relations, inventory control,

shipping and receiving.

. Initiated cost reduction program through out the company resulting 3%

reduction in labor to sales, 25% reduction in film cost, 15%

reduction in screen ink cost and 21% reduction in digital ink cost.

. P & L responsibility resulting in creating a sustainable improvement

in gross margin and net profit.

. Manage and direct all purchasing activities of the company including

inventory, supplies, capex and special purchases
