From 2003 up to 2011, I have been part of the Marketing Division of an International Holding Company,

Zepter International, that covers 5 brand divisions: Home Art, Home Care, Luxury, Cosmetics and Medical,

as International Art Director. In Italy I coordinate a creative group of 8 graphic designers and I also supervise

the international graphic teams. I am in charge of the entire creative development of all media-communica-

tion graphic supports above and below the line, aimed at the promotion of the brand.

I take care of the photo-shooting, both still-life and model shoots, and for the latter I personally contact the

agencies to choose the models through castings.

I manage all suppliers (photolithographer, printers and service suppliers in general)

In few words: 9 years of intense international experience.

My responsibility is to maintain the high quality of the work, always proposing new projects in respect and

unconditional control of processing times, in interaction with other departments on the development of coun-

tless briefings received, with high creative abilities and recommendations, and firm sense of responsibility.

From 2004 up to 2007 I worked as a Art freelancer with the Group Moët Hennessy Italia,

with brands Veuve Cliquot - Moët&Chandon - Dom Perignon.

MY CAREER

2001-2003

From January 2001 to April 2003, I collaborated with an Image and Communication Agency

based in Florence, as an Art Director and Production Manager for their Milan office.

I managed the entire workflow in Milan, in terms of organization and achievement, namely:

• creativity, development and realisation of projects below the line

• direct contact with customers

• in charge of all suppliers

1999-2001

from April 1999 up to June 2000, I collaborated with a Multinational Telecoms Company

in the Marketing Department as an Art Director and Production Manager

I promoted the corporate design

• creation of graphics and advertising material: ADV pages, logotype, folders, brochures, posters,

displays and forms for the sales of the telephone cards

• imaging and graphic design for calling cards and websites

1994-1999

From May 1994 up to April 1999 I collaborated with Avon an American Multinational Company ac-

tive in the cosmetic, fashion, lingerie and home accessories business as Art Director in their internal

House Agency - Marketing Department. I followed the promotion of the corporate design by creating

the graphic support material, ADV pages, folders, brands and packaging.

1990-1994

From february 1990 up to March 1994, I collaborated with a Sponsorship and Advertising Agency

as Art Director and Production Manager

• realization of creative and graphic material above and below the line: television spots,

ADV pages, editorials, POP - window and counter posters, exhibition stands

• selection and managing of suppliers.

1988-1990

I collaborated with a Publishing Company, with the exclusive right for the A.C. Milan publications,

as Graphic Designer. I proved myself to be self-sufficient in managing and organising my job, from

creation to post-creation, photolitho and printing.

I was in charge of the creation and the electronic layout on MAC platform of books, journals, trade

magazines, folders and any kind of gadgets like: stickers, pins, caps, t-shirts, flags and “anything

that makes promotion”.
