SNF setting with LTC also provided. Entry level Experience with Documenting Med A, Med B, and Medicaid.
Providing tx addressing deficits in ADL, IADL, Strength and Endurance, and Urinary Incontinence Program. Entry
Level Experience with Modalities including Diathermy, ESTEM, and Ultrasound.
EARLY INTERVENTION/SCHOOL
K-12 early intervention therapy in schools. Handwriting, F/M, and G/M and sensory interventions.
INCITE REHAB
Provide services in SNF setting. Document daily hand written notes as well as electronic progress notes.
Experience using CASAMBA system.
