I am responsible for accurately accounting of all WIP/Sub materials including corrugation,
polybags, corner posts, pallets, etc., and supervising a staff of warehouse coordinators in 3
d ifferent warehouses. I am also in charge of creating and implementing all policies and
p rocedures for the department. I work closely with production to ensure all necessary
packaging and processing materials are delivered accurately and in a t imely manner. My
team and I organize and maintain warehouses for ease of use based on schedules and
workflow. I identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement;
as well as hire, t rain, supervise, and develop staff. I possess strong organizational,
