I am responsible for accurately accounting of all WIP/Sub materials including corrugation,

polybags, corner posts, pallets, etc., and supervising a staff of warehouse coordinators in 3

d ifferent warehouses. I am also in charge of creating and implementing all policies and

p rocedures for the department. I work closely with production to ensure all necessary

packaging and processing materials are delivered accurately and in a t imely manner. My

team and I organize and maintain warehouses for ease of use based on schedules and

workflow. I identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement;

as well as hire, t rain, supervise, and develop staff. I possess strong organizational,

warehouse environment. I am in charge of all pallet inspections and manage all aspects of

a ttendance. Highly skilled in SAP and provide SAP support for every department to ensure

a ll H U’s are correct and the material is shipped out in a t imely manner. I am experienced in

i nventory research and variance analysis, as well as being responsible for t railer inventory

on all goods received material. I Investigate discrepancies for material that is incorrectly

t he warehouse. Also, I am very knowledgeable in FedEx and UPS software, as well as

f ishbowl software from QuickBooks. I am responsible for supervising all warehouse

employees.
