As a litigation paralegal, I review and prepare incoming and outgoing discovery, including
Interrogatories, Answers and Affirmative Defenses, Requests to Produce, and any responses
thereto.
- Coordinate hearings, depositions and mediations with opposing parties, partners in my firm, and court
reporting agencies.
- Prepare correspondence to opposing parties, Judges, FINRA and vendors.
- Organize and set aside any critical documents in cases and present my findings to the attorney.
- Create timelines of relevant events, through critical thinking and the analysis of documents, in preparation
for depositions, hearings and trials.

Skills
I have twelve years of experience as a legal professional. My main area of expertise has
been specifically in bankruptcy, foreclosure and civil litigation, with some of my time spent in
trust litigation, securities litigation, and various real estate transactions. I possess excellent
multi- tasking and organizational abilities as well as top verbal and written communication
skills. I am proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am
advanced in both the State and Federal Courts, and my skill set includes discovery, ECF (e-
filing), PACER, PC Law, New Hope (bankruptcy), Net Docs, Time Matters, Time Slips, and
Westlaw. I am also one hundred percent capable of learning any new software programs as well.
I can easily adapt to new surroundings, and I have the ability to gain and retain knowledge in
other areas of the law, with minimal supervision. I am able to type 70 words per minute. I am
not above any task, large or small, from answering the phones to drafting pleadings and
correspondence.
