necess ary. Initiates payroll except ion request s/adjustm ents as needed

on a timely basis.

Ø Participating in interv iews as required and assist ing st aff

m embers in identifying and creating job relat ed interv iew

Ø C heck ing applicant references, making job offers and

initiating needed paperwork.

Ø As sess es, analyzes, and m onit ors adm inist rative branch

s ystem s and procedures. Mak es recommendations for

improv ed sys tems and procedures and increased efficiency

Ø W ork s with B illing D epartment in conjunction wit h semi-

m onthly billing, as well as with bills held in prior billing

periods.

billing departm ent.

branch including: billing, purchasing, comm unications

Ø C oordinate s ystem s and procedures with m edical records,

dat a entry, claims review, and pers onnel functions t o

ens ure efficiency and accuracy in operations .

Ø As sist Director of O perations with all billing inv oices for

denial and approval such as medical invoices, Hos piscript

inv oices, and DME inv oices.

Ø As sist in all areas of mark eting including obtaining

cont racts for nursing facilit ies and durable medical

equipment.

Ø Monitor s ystem s, ident ify problem areas, and dev elop and

implement act ions plans.

Ø Promot e compliance wit h all fiscal intermediary and/or

ot her third part y payors throug h education and coaching.

Ø C ontrol, monitor, and order office and m edical supplies.
