Start-up, grow, and manage entire facility manufacturing and shipping catalytic converter assemblies, extension
pipe assemblies, and muffler-tailpipe assemblies, as the Tier-1 supplier to Ford's KC F150 truck-assembly plant.
Responsible for the P&L and overall performance for this $100 million annual sales operation. We supplied
over 1 million assemblies per year, delivering at world-class quality levels (less than 5 ppm), top productivity in
the business unit, and improved our scrap rate to less than 0.5%.
Oversaw staff (quality and process engineers, supervisors, maintenance, materials, and HR) and plant team of
80 hourly associates. Reported to the VP of Manufacturing for Tenneco's North America Original Equipment

Managed all aspects of a Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing facility with over $20 million in sales. Duties
included tracking and reporting P&L, establishing plant metrics, and developing staff and work teams into

muffler-tailpipe assemblies, supplying Ford's F150 assembly line.
