During my 15 years with SSOE, I reviewed contract documents before issue
for bids, coordinated shop drawing reviews by the various disciplines,
visited construction sites to determine whether quality and progress of
work complied with contract documents, and interpreted contract documents
to Sitework, Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection
trades. I attended pre-bid, pre-award and construction progress meetings
and prepared and monitored punchlists, bulletins, change orders,
certificate of substantial completion, project close out and certificates
of payment. Additionally, I was a continual resource to the
Architectural/Engineering disciplines for construction methods and detail
development, providing feedback for simplification of installations and
