Practice which included:

Talent Management: Designer of an overall Talent Management Practice with a

focus on talent aligned to the business strategy, strategic workforce

Facilitated Talent Review discussions with multiple levels of leaders for

start-up implementation of Talent Management Framework for 8 hospitals.
