As the sole and only technician I was responsible for the entire facility. This included installing

golf club loaner program, responded to all trouble calls and needs of all my colleagues and set
up/break down of all company functions such as meetings, company sponsored key
account/vendor activities and celebrations.
• In April 2010 Cobra Golf was bought by PUMA making it a new startup company. I
was tasked with cleaning-up, organizing and then to build 4 new manufacturing cells.
The deadline was 4/2011. We were manufacturing in 2 cells by 1/2011 and I completed
the other 2 cells by 3/2011, one month in advance.
• Helped with a total retransformation/remodel of the entire facility.

• Retrofit the distribution centers lighting from high wattage, inefficient, low lumens
output to low wattage, high efficient/output fixtures. This not only saved the company
thousands of dollars a year in utility cost but increased the productivity of the staff
working in this area.
• Installed all the electrical systems to support the companies new offsite IS Data
Recovery Facility.
• Installed many electrical and compressed air systems to support the Manufacturing,
R&D and daily operations of the company eliminating most of the need to rely on
outside contractors.
• Replaced numerous failed Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s) throughout the facilities.
• Project managed the replacement of four degraded low efficient boilers with new high
efficiency boilers reducing the company’s yearly gas utility expense.
Several or the above projects have summed substantial SDG&E rebates to further reduce the
initial cost. Most installs ROI were from two to four years.
