- Ran conduit and wires of all sizes and kinds, from inch to 4 inch
aluminum conduit, emt, and wire from 1/O down to Ethernet cable.
- Wired/terminated/repaired control cabinets using existing power and
gutting and updating equipment.
- Repair starters and replace and repair motors. And properly tested
when problems arise.
- Responsible for electrical troubleshooting issues and repair.
- Properly read prints for electrical control cabinet termination for
multi-functional automation equipment and manually controlled as
well.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues with machines efficiently
and repair in a time sensitive situation.
- Responsible for programming of variable speed drives and installing
software for automation machinery and PLC.
- Wire in PLC, relays, starters and equipment, sensors and limit
switches, e stop relay circuits, touchscreens and switch boards,
safety sensors (photo eye and magnetic) circuits, and the list goes
on, to run large systems, such as ovens, blenders, injectors,
freezers, multi-functional scales, automated meat processors, high
water pressure automated slicers(DSI), and conveyor and pneumatic
systems.
- Replace and repair high voltage cabinets and main MCC knife
switches as well as high horse power soft start compressors for air
and ammonia, etc.

equipment

safety. I have ample experience with different types of software such as;
AutoCad, Viz, Basic.net, Java, ESOMS, Passport, and VIPER (CRANE) Testing.
Through Arkansas Nuclear One I have qualifications on Universal Diagnostic
Systems (Air Operated Valves), Main Feed Water Pumps Electro Hydraulic
Systems and I am also currently certified by the Red Cross for first aid
and CPR.
