Wind World India Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 company having joint venture with
Enercon Gmbh, Germany. It manufactures wide range of wind turbine generators. Enercon
(Gmbh) is one of the world leaders in manufacturing wind turbine generators. In India it is
situated in Mumbai & plant offices are spread over Daman & various sites all over India.
Functional Role & Responsibilities:
To operate and maintain the Wind farm Scada for maximum productivity
while adhering to Enercon quality regulations.
To operate and maintain the Vsat antenna for Signal Processing.
To operate and maintain the Optical, Wireless and Copper Communication
Using by Wind farm Scada.
To maintain 100% of Wind farm Scada Availability.
Executions of Preventive maintenance, Design up gradations etc., at
respective States as per stipulated schedules.
Mostly Attending the Major breakdowns and associated component.
To lead the team and provide support for routine and breakdown
maintenance of wind farm Scada Assets.
Man power allocation and Materials managing by SAP.
To maintain the documentation as per ISO&SQA Standards.
Maintain the safety rule and regulations of organization.
To execute design modification in the Scada Improvement.
Monthly twice, Conduct the Team viewer Conference meeting with all
State of Scada teams for new upcoming Projects.
To maintain TQM and Apply 5s techniques
EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:
230,600&800 KW of WPP (Wind Power Plants) Operating by Scada Server.
Controlling and Monitoring the Group of Scada Servers at one Office with IT Server.
Handling and Operating the XC and C Band frequency Ranges of vast antennas.
Operating the 1KVA, 2KVA&5KVA Online Ups by Scada Servers for Safety
Protection.
Handled the Testing equipments (i.e. Industrial Mother Boards, SMPS, Internal Hard
disks of Scada, USB drive and Floppy disks with German Software, OTDR, and
Splicing device Optical Power Meter e.t.c.) for trouble shooting and Multiple
Solutions analyzing.
Handled and Operate the Wireless modems, CISCO Switch & WI-FI devices.
