I was hired as a sales representative. Shortly after my new role was to become a project manager. My job was
to hire and train a team to sell Comcast products door to door while performing day to day operations. As the
company expanded in the Chicago market, I opened up another location, while running both locations.
During so, I created a sales environment and a training manual that helped us become #1 in our market. I had
35 sales reps under me, at both locations

Project Buyer/Safety Coordinator
My duty was to research pricing and products for each phase of luxury home constructions. This was a multi-
unit operation, where I was in charge of 7 locations at a time, until each project was completed. I made sure
supplies were ordered and delivered for each job phase. I was in charge of job site safety in which I held
weekly meetings on safety. I inspected job sites to make sure we were always within OSHA’s guidelines.

I was hired to increase numbers in a very competitive market selling retail furniture and accessories. I was in
charge of staffing sales reps and completing day to day tasks. I worked closely with my district manager,
creating a plan to moving the stores numbers over goal on a monthly basis. I created a strong sales force by
implementing techniques to balance each reps strengths

I was in charge of estimating, selling and closing jobs for this company. I was in charge of day to day
operations and customer relations. I would stock, oversee, and create a P and L for each job till completion. I
also created a safe environment by holding weekly safety meetings that meet OSHA’s requirements.

In charge of day to day operations for running a health club. In charge of staffing training and implementing
goals for all 6 departments. Total staff managed was around 40. Later was in charge of opening new facilities.
My job was to get them up and running making sure they were well staffed, hitting their goals, and
