Provided Project Engineering services for the $60 million Valero Refinery

Crude by Rail project in Benicia, CA. Project Engineering duties included

coordination of engineering design firms and construction firms,

Chevron at their Midway Sunset, Coalinga, and Kettleman Hills fields. Each

facility development project required a meeting with the client to

determine the scope of services (SOS), the project deliverables, the
