Managed virtual web application development teams. Generated cost efficiencies

and improvements to drive innovative solutions to highly complex enterprise

Directed global development team consisting of off-shore technical resources to

support a large-scale telecommunications client which generated $14M in

revenue. Efficiencies gained through automating the process tracking and rapid

development techniques which drove follow-on contracts.

Eliminated $2.5M from annual training budget costs by delivering a strategic IBM enterprise

learning initiative. Managed and architected an enterprise-wide web application to deliver

personalized, prescriptive competency based learning information to an audience of 400,000.

Awarded a US patent for the process.

As a member of IBM’s Chief Learning Officer’s team, lead the research of new

technologies to advance virtual learning. Researched new technology solutions including

TelePresence, Lotus Collaboration Suite, and webcam solutions
