Managed virtual web application development teams. Generated cost efficiencies

and improvements to drive innovative solutions to highly complex enterprise

applications. Gathered and communicated requirements; established budget and

Streamlined business transformation plans for the IBM Global Financing

Directed global development team consisting of off-shore technical resources to

support a large-scale telecommunications client which generated $14M in

revenue. Efficiencies gained through automating the process tracking and rapid

development techniques which drove follow-on contracts.

As a member of IBM’s Chief Learning Officer’s team, lead the research of new
