Consultant to the New York City School Construction Authority, provided project management and
administration services for a variety of projects ranging from $800K - $5M. Responsibilities included
scope development, construction phasing and scheduling, coordinating inspections with architects,
engineers, specialized labs and Code Compliance Division, preparing and negotiating change orders and
monthly payment requisitions, obtaining final close out and transfer of project to client.

Project Architect 2007 – 2008
Responsibilities included reviewing submissions of catalog cuts for different products and equipment in
accordance with contract specifications. Reviewed shop drawings, responded to RFI’s made field
decisions and conducted progress meetings to help ensure on time completion of project. Interfaced with
NYC Department of Buildings for amendments to drawings and reviewed documents with Plan
Examiners for filing.

staff kitchen at Newark International Airport for Continental Airlines ($2M), interfaced with contractors
