Encounterpro, Availity, Realmed, Xtender, EHR, EMR, and Citrix while

Duties: Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policy and

procedures. Interview clients for government grants and conduct case

investigations (ex: Food stamps and Medicare/Medicaid fraud). Provide
