Objective To obtain a part time position as a Physician Assistant.

Experience

Dr. Eric Stelnicki Responsible for initial evaluation of multiple potential surgical

Pediatric Plastic Surgery conditions in the pediatric population including many types of

Fort Lauderdale, Fl. lesions, and craniofacial deformaties.

Feb. 2014-Present • Responsible for performing the necessary physical exam and ordering

appropriate diagnostic tests to determine if surgery is warranted.

• Responsible for outpatient post operative care once surgery has been

performed.

Endocrine Partners LLC Responsible for initial evaluation and follow up care of the patient.

Dr. Lorena Lewy • Responsible for performing physical exam and ordering diagnostic

Cooper City, Fl. testing.

Aug. 2006- Present • Responsible for making and maintaining treatment plans for patients.

AMPM-DOC Responsible for performing all duties involving on-call, hospitality

Sunny Isle, Fl. medicine; considered a mobile ER.

July 2013-Feb. 2014 • Assess and treat a wide variety of medical problems for patients of all

ages on site.

• Visit include on site history taking and physical exams, as well as

treatment plans including prescribing medication and administering

injections of medications when appropriate or, if necessary, referral to

a hospital or specialist.
