Responsibilities
We were airline caterer. I started out in the dish room. Worked my way up to driver and dispatch. Q.C. where
I checked each flight for the accuracy and set up of each food item try. Eventually transferred to the Liquor
Department where we did a morning inventory as well as a days end inventory. We were the hub for Ozark
Airline. Our duties included packing all the beer, wine and champagne flights.
Accomplishments
Missing a flight cost the company a lot of money. Time management was essential. We worked as a team
to get the job accomplished.

with proper food items. Being a motor inn, I also helped out in the motel whether it be helping customers with
luggage or doing room service. Also helped some in the laundry. Helped coordinate banquets from as small
as 10 people and up 1000.
Accomplishments
Made many friends whom I stay in contact with. Helped get about 3-5 people a job there. Always was able to
help out the waitresses in a pinch. 'People Person'.

Met many new people. Really enjoyed my first job in the Hospitality industry and looking to get back into it.

Prairie Farms was located upstairs the Sunny Hill Restaurant and the 2 were managed by cousins. I did the
weekly payroll, daily sales reporting. In addition to the weekly and monthly billing. Customer service where I
took calls from customers who were in need of products. Basically it was a a/r position.
Accomplishments
My boss retired. One month later I was released because the new manager brought in his own workers. Even
though he was retired and could do nothing about it, Bob, who was my hiring boss was upset. Everyone could
depend on me.
