• Re-established the ECI Defense Corporation with Lee Company. The account was
disorganized and in need to some professional management. Through discussions with the
Owner of ECI, we were able to work together and resolve the many necessary issues and
re-establish a smooth and effective operation .
• Re-Negotiated a troubled account due to a need of proper over-sign for another State
Office for Lee Company. Organized and developed a plan of action to bring routine and
production to the contract. This established good business practice and mad a very happy
plant manager.
