Summary of Qualifications

Originally licensed in New York State in 1984, Florida in 1998 and

Washington State in 2012 as an LPN with experience in a variety of

settings including but not limited to: geriatric/pediatric home care, end

of life care, acute psychiatric care, home health visits, medical

rehabilitation, acute/sub-acute and long term care. Duties including but

not limited to: charge nurse, administration of oxygen, clean/sterile

treatments, gastrostomy/ nasogastric feedings care of and insertion of

said tubes. Obtain vital signs, spirometry, EKG, phlebotomy, tracheotomy

care, suctioning, insertion and care of foley catheter, assist with

pelvic/physical exams, obtaining various specimens and physician orders,

administration of oral, IM, SQ, ID medications, vaccinations, intravenous

hydration and medications. Pre-op/post-op instruction and teaching,

supervise CNA staff and assist as needed.
