maintained our planned schedules, and if we did not it was my

on schedule. I was the contact for all our customers, I handled all

Enduro Engineering is one of the largest manufacturers of Off-Road related
parts and services in the US. We supplied two of the largest parts
distributors in the US. As sales manager I worked with both of these
distributors to make sure that we maintained or exceeded their
expectations. I also worked with our smaller distributors and our network
of dealers here in the US. I was the main contact for all our distributors
outside of the US. I was also responceable for all our domestic retail
sales and our service department. I worked with our sales team where our
goal was to increase over all sales both wholesale and retail and made sure
that our customer satisfaction stayed at the highest level. I worked with
the sales team to build and implement sales programs and managed these
programs. Under my leadership we had an increase in sales of 5% to 8% every
year. And was able to increase our international sales by 20% I was
involved with packaging and packaging design. I worked with our
manufacturing team with scheduling and helped find ways to increase
productivity. Helped design products, built proto types and tested these

KTM is the 4th largest motorcycle company in the world. They manufacture
both on-road and off road models. My job as Regional Manager was to work
with the dealers in my region to increase market share of the KTM brand. I
was responsible to evaluate and understand my regional market and report
this back to KTM. I worked with national sales manager to develop sales
programs and help to manage these sales programs. I helped with and

Thumper Racing was one of the first companies to see that four strokes were
destine to take over the off-road market and was an innovator in designing
and building parts for this new growing market. I was hired in as the
General Manager in 1995; in 1998 I bought the company. I was able to grow
the Thumper name to be one of the most established and recognized names in
high performance motor parts and modifications and aftermarket products in
the US. Thumper worked with team Suzuki and many other top level racing
teams here in the US. From the beginning I was able to show an increase in
sales, but more importantly an increase in profitability every year.

By 1985 was running the business, we were in a small town and I learned a
great deal from this experience and have used all those lessons learned all
though my life. These things are you must always work hard do your best and
treat your customers and employees with respect and always do what you say
you will do. We were a full service station. We did heavy and light auto
repair and service. We also did auto body repair. I was involved in all
aspects of this business.
