Purchasing Consultant - Project Leader representing FedEx Supply Chain responsible for creating and enhancing

Purchasing Controls within the FedEx Supply Chain Business and strategically leveraging Corporate Fedex policies and

• Developed a project plan accepted by FedEx Management Team and the ISO-13485 Registrar with respect to

Managed stakeholders’ supplier requirements within Global Information System (GIS), Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and

Research and Development; oversaw the quoting process and contractual relationships between Smith & Nephew (S&N)

and the selected suppliers.

• Managed all RFPs for assigned categories to ensure fair market prices were established for all S&N Divisions.

• Initiated Commodity Strategy for MSB sites for Gage and Calibration suppliers and drafted contract templates

that included tiered rebate cost saving strategy based on incremental business.

Purchasing and Quality sites U.S. and O.U.S. full access to supplier files regardless of time differences. Served to be
