A seven unit, publically owned, $15 Million manufacturing and service

division with three foreign companies and four domestic units. Position

eliminated due to purchase by foreign company.

Division Controller

Responsible for financial management, including general accounting,

analysis, budgeting, forecasting, translation and consolidation of division

results. Also responsible for financial policies and procedures for

division and direction of work at the foreign locations. Position was

eliminated due to re-alignment of Finance function after acquisition.

. Directed foreign Business Unit Managers in new cash collection

procedures thereby improving positive cash flow.

. Implemented new ERP system at all US locations.

. Established new cost accounting process for all four US shops, enabling

ECODYNE MRM, INC., Division of Ecodyne Heat Exchange Group - Massillon, OH

2003 - 2004

A $25 million manufacturer of industrial sized air-cooled heat exchangers

Controller

Responsible for financial management, including all aspects of accounting,

analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, taxes, and forecasting for $24

million dollar manufacturing division. Also responsible for consolidation

and reporting of five unit, $35 million group. The Heat Exchange group

includes two foreign and three domestic companies.

. Negotiated the asset sale of money losing division resulting in a

positive cash flow of over $1.2 million.

. Member of three person management team charged with creating a plan to

merge two manufacturing operations and headquarter units into one to be

located in Houston, Texas, potentially saving the company over 1.8

million dollars in first year after merger.

WALTCO TRUCK EQUIPMENT COMPANY - Tallmadge, OH

2002

A foreign owned, $65 million manufacturer of hydraulic truck lift gates and

hydraulic cylinders.

Consultant Financial Controller

Responsible for budgets, financial analysis, forecasting, general

accounting, cost accounting, cash management, fixed asset and inventory

accounting for four plant hydraulic lift gate manufacturer. Member of

Management Team. Temporary consultant assignment. Consultant position

eliminated due to budgetary restrictions imposed by parent company.

WEST PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES, INC. - Cleveland, OH

1999 - 2001

A publicly traded, $500 million international service provider

(manufacturing, analytical, technology development and clinical research)

to the Pharmaceutical industry. Parent eliminated group headquarters and

closed major unit down. Position was eliminated due to division

reorganization.

Group Controller

Responsible for all financial management for an $18 million, 3-unit

clinical research services group; managing 7 professionals. Responsible

for month-end reporting, general accounting, contract analysis, MIS,

budgeting and forecasting.

. Managed selection and implementation of new financial accounting software

along with a new integrated chart of accounts.

. Integrated 3 division clinical research services groups into corporate

financial structure.

. Member of team that reorganized the group's legal structure to minimize

manufacturing plants.

. Selected as only US Finance representative for SAP global template review

team during final phase of corporation's template development.
