After installation was complete, I would be the onsite system administrator

Coax Arc net, Coax Ethernet, Cat5 Ethernet and some Fiber Optic and
termination. We would design, install, terminate and test all cables from
workstation to communication room where all the hubs, routers and file

Sales associate in the electrical department, worked with contractors on
building projects, helped in solving problems with customers including some

materials, had to order inventory daily based on past sales and projected
sales, work reports and inventory, deal with contractor sales along with
plan design work for customers with decks, garages and additions along with

I was the owner of the company; we designed and built custom homes for our
customers using modular construction. We would take there rough ideas and
using a simple CAD program we would create preliminary drawings for them to
sign-off on before we sent them to the modular plant for a complete set of
blue prints. We also designed several subdivisions with modular housing in
mind for low to moderate-income housing. We sold a turnkey product using
modular technology so once the home was designed and interior/exterior
choices had been decided on we would be the general and work the entire
project. We also offered additions, remodeling along with plumbing,
electrical and most home maintenance.
April, 20 2007 to July, 8 2007, Manager Of Construction Services

I designed a modular home plant in an existing building so the each step of
the building process would follow down the line. We set it up so that
needed materials for each station were properly staged for time saving
efficiency. We also re-designed the finishing booth to meet all Iowa codes
and guide lines. After getting the plant up and running I was named the
manager of all construction services. We would build Modular homes in the
plant that was certified by the State Of Iowa and had to work with State
inspectors on a daily bases with home inspections done on the line by a
third party inspection organization. I was doing material take offs for
windows, doors, cabinets, trim and all ICF foam blocks for the foundations
on all homes. I was also making sure that all permits were pulled and plans
would pass all local codes in Iowa and Nebraska.

I was a Counter Pro at the Hickman location dealing directly with car
dealers and jobbers in new parts sales. We offer both OE replacement parts
for all makes and models of cars, trucks and all heavy equipment as well as

paper catalogs to determine proper part numbers, which includes in-stock
and special orders. I kept track of inventory on a daily bases along with
special order parts.

special order parts. Keep logs of problems and track all expenses. Make
daily repairs along with make ready units for new tenants. I am also in
charge of all cleaning of 11 residential floors and all common areas of the
building including the workout fitness center.

I checked out new and used campers/RV. We test all electrical, plumbing,
heating and cooling in both new and used units so they can be delivered to
the buyers. I also fixed any thing that we found not working properly in
