Job Responsibilities

* To manage, execution, supervise and commissioning all the work done in an construction

site (piping, structural, fabrication and erection projects) likewise, piping (CS, MS & SS

pipe), HVAC, MEP, Erection of equipment, static equipment, rotating equipment, pumps,

fabrication of platforms/ Pipe supports, industrial/mechanical constructions and experience in

handling projects with Mechanical, Piping activities by effectively ensuring the project is

delivered in time and allocated budget.

* To conduct Meeting & Planning with Project Manager and co staff.

* To coordinate with client, consultant, sub contractor, QA/QC dept and design

dept.

* Installation, testing & commissioning of Air conditioning VRV/VRF systems &

equipments (Indoor & Outdoor Unit).

* Installation, testing and commissioning of AHU’S equipments.

* Installation, testing & commissioning of Duct works & related accessories,

VCD’s VAV’s, VFD, Flexible duct, etc.

* Installation, testing & commissioning of Plenums, Air terminals, dampers, etc.

* Fabrication, erection & commissioning of Piping, Fire Hydrant System, Sprinkler

System.

* Erection of Equipment like – Tank, Cello, Pump, Hopper, Mixture, etc.

* Interfaces for BMS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEM/SMOKE SYSTEMS, SECURITY

SYSTEM, etc.

* Check Air Volume Measurement and Sound.

* To planning & monitor the activities in terms of availability of drawings, material

and manpower required for the execution works.

* To monitor day to day site work of domain engineering as per plan.
