Professional Experience: 36th District Court Process Design Consultant:

. Coordinate development of written policies and procedures regarding

compliance with local, state and federal guidelines.

. Serve as a member of the Court Executive Team, including actively

participating in all Executive Team meetings; provides inspirational

leadership that promotes a culture of excellence, innovation,

commitment to service, and respect; collaborates with members of the

Executive Team to advance Court goals; provides direction and empowers

first-line supervisors to operate as a unified team with a shared

purpose of striving toward increasing workforce productivity,

workforce accountability, and revenue while reducing costs, resulting

in efficiency and consistency throughout the organization.

. Evaluate and reviews and develops Court programs, policies and

procedures applicable to Division operations to promote a professional

and knowledgeable staff and to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;

seeks input and confers with judicial officers, management and staff

to assess operational effectiveness within the Division; conducts

administrative studies to evaluate effectiveness and identify

problematic areas; prepares, analyzes and interprets research and

studies as needed; develops recommendations for solutions or new

innovations; and devises and implements those solutions as

appropriate.

. Review, interpret and analyze trends, new legal requirements, laws and

pending legislation to determine the impact on operations and programs

in the division; and interprets court policies and procedures for

staff and the public

the single point of contact between law enforcement team, customer,

Organizational/ Operations and Case Complaint Investigation/Resolution:

Recommend strategic goals by gathering pertinent business information,

identifying and evaluating trends, choosing a course of action and defining

objective and evaluating outcome. Address complaints and resolve problems

from local law enforcement agencies and senior management. Foster a

customer oriented work environment with emphasis on compliance and

operational integrity, respect for individuals, highest standards of

that reflect the vision of 36th District Court.

Trainer/Compliance Specialist and Process Re-Engineering:

Planned, organized, empowered and incorporated training programs and

strategic processes; as well as established transparent and attainable

performance metrics for employees. Acted as a communication agent for

management to ensure 36th District employees, judges, attorneys and 3rd

Circuit Court receive important information in a timely and effective

manner. Take on ad hoc projects while prioritizing a variety of time-

36th District Court Services Supervisor II: Criminal/Traffic Division:

. Managed Financial Operations and team of 25 Judicial Account Clerks

coordinates, directs and reviews Civil programs and initiatives;
