EXPERIENCE
2012 to Present – NYU Langone Med Centre NYC
Telecom Specialist
Responsible for Maintaining, Upgrading Nortel Option-11 and Option-81c, CS1000 and
Norstar key Systems. Avaya, BCM50, Cisco-7900 series telephone, and unity voice mail
Perform Moves Adds and Changes (MAC’s), Installation of Modems, Fax, and digital
Phone lines on the VG224. Execute the daily operations maintenance and installations of
various Telephone Systems. Worked with various carriers; Verizon, Windstream, and
PAETEC Communications, handing the dial tone from the demarcation to designated
areas and suites. T1 testing directly from Smart jack to equipment. Connect PBX to
digital trunks work with cable management and set up cable run as needed. Extend
circuits from the demarcation which include PRI's, T1's, DID's and POT’s lines to
customer's equipment. Programming the PBX System through a TTY dummy terminal,
Installation of Data wiring, conduct testing along with all tools used in the
Telecommunication field; contact with end users and site coordinators to ensure the
installations, moves adds and changes (MAC) work is .
2004 to 2012 – Infinity Consulting Solutions

Additional Responsibilities includes Maintenance and Upgrading the Nortel options X11-
Option 81c, the CS1000 Nortel system, and the Norstar key Systems Avaya, BCM50
Install Modem Fax line on analog ports, coordinate work detail with supervisors and
management. Execute daily operations of maintenance and installations on Nortel option
81 doing moves adds and changes (MAC) to the Nortel system. Working with various
carriers extending dial tone such as Pots line Modem and fax line to various floors and
