"I first hired Bill in May 2010. He was very personable and displayed a sincere desire to provide a high level
of service to the Packaging Line as well as to internal customers such as Incoming Quality Assurance. He was
pretty much self taught on JD Edwards (warehouse management system) which was no small feat. In doing
so he was successfully responsible for all inventory receipts, movements, issuances to production, outbound
shipments, physical cycle counts (annual and monthly cycles), and destructions. He was also responsible for
DEA controlled substances storage and associated documentation. The best thing about Bill as the warehouse
manager was - I could count on him to get the job done and done correctly. That left me time to worry about
other things - but not his area. I recommend Bill as as an asset for anyone needing personality and excellent
work ethic in warehouse management."
Marty Damask, Director, Packaging Operations, Synthon Pharmaceuticals, Inc, managed William at

"To whom it may concern: It is my pleasure to recommend Bill Waller, his performance while working as a
Warehouse Manager for Synthon. He will be a valuable addition to any company. I have known him for two
years, while he worked as a Warehouse Manager at Synthon. I have been consistently impressed by both
Bill's attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. He has excellent written and verbal
communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently, and as a team player. He is able to
efficiently multi-task to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. His interpersonal and
communication skills have allowed him to develop productive working relationships with both our clients and
our staff. He was able to communicate with clients for additional information and resolution of issues as
required for completing timely shipments. Bill did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our
organization during his tenure with the Synthon. If his performance in our company is a good indication of
how he would perform in yours, he would be an extremely positive asset to your program. He would be an
asset to any employer and I recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue. Yours truly, Mir Mehdi
