Objective

I am a physician from New Jersey, located to Florida about 2 years ago. I do not have a

medical license, and am most interested in working as a medical assistant or a paramedical

examiner.

Ability Summary

I have strong communication skills and relate to people from all walks of life, because of

years of experience practicing Medicine. During my Solo Practice years, I drew blood for

my patients, and gave IM and SC injections. I have been working as an examiner for many

Insurance Companies for several years, performed paramedical exams, Phlebotomies and

EKG’s etc.

Education and Training

1966: Graduated from AIIMS medical school in New Delhi, India with MBBS degree.

07/69: Internship in Medicine at Altoona Hospital, Altoona Pennsylvania.

07/70-06/72: Residency in Internal Medicine Long Island Jewish hospital, New York.

07/72-06/73: Chief Resident in Medicine at Veterans hospital, Bronx New York.

June 1975: Certified as Diplomat of American Board of Internal Medicine.

Experience

2/66-2/69: Served as medical officer in Indian Army, and discharged in the rank of Captain.

12/74-4/98: Solo practice of Medicine in Ramsey, New Jersey. I was a member of the

medical staff, with admitting privileges at Valley Hospital Ridgewood New jersey. I also

served in various hospital committees including pharmacy and therapeutics, Quality

assurance, Infectious diseases, and chairman of mortality review committee for several

years.

4/98-12/05: Joined Bergen Family Practice as Director of the group, supervised medical

staff, and contineaue to serve as member of the medical staff at the Valley Hospital.

12/05- 5/2011: Performed ENG, marketing and medical consultant for Diagnostic lab in

Englewood, New Jersey. Reviewed and performed Insurance exams for several insurance

companies and examined medical charts for possible malpractice for several attorneys.

10/2011 to Present: Self employed, as a paramedical examiner, performing exams,

phlebotomy and EKG’s.
