• Worked as a Banquet Server and Bar Tender: Greeted and served guests, bar tended, cleared

plates and glassware, completed event teardown and setup, prepared buffets, effectively answered

questions and dealt with customer complaints

Sixteen Mile Sports Complex, ON May 2011- September 2011

• Worked at Front Desk, Customer Service: Answered customers’ questions, handled complaints

and effectively resolved conflicts, was responsible for closing front desk at the end of the night,

trusted with facility keys, filled out cash/cheque statements for the days revenue, used CLASS to

complete facility bookings, and POS for customer transactions
