review of various medical reports including PET/CT scans, x – rays and oncology reports prior

to translation and dictation of the same. New client consultation reporting and proofreading to

insure accuracy.

Dr. Nitin Nadkarni 2/2002 – current

My position with Dr. Nadkarni includes management of home based business activities,

translation of Doctor dictations on charts, new patient consults and EMG reports. I also

proofread all notes to insure accuracy.

activities as well as translation of dictations to notes on medical procedures, prescriptions,
