Responsible for taking payment from customers, reviewing auto and

homeowners insurance policies. Responsible for making changes on coverage,

and adding coverage Add vehicles or remove vehicles, responsible for any

billing questions and also for reviewing policies to search for discount,

Deal with any customer complaint deescalate calls. Issue proof of
