Process Engineer, September 2004-present)
• Responsible for communicating manufacturing processes and rates in plant. This includes shop floor support and
training of employees.
• Responsible for the collection and processing of data using Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma in order to
improve the overall effectiveness of machines and processes.
• Long term responsibility of implementing communication between CNC machines and IMOS-CAD
manufacturing software.
• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production;
documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality
assurance procedures.
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance
audits; investigating root cause; collaborating with other members of management and engineering, to develop
manufacturing and training methods.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
including failed processes, capability studies, corrective actions, and repairs.
• Assisted in a two year Virtual Systems Implementation project at our Norcraft Facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
This included several on site visits and process changes in order to build the groundwork for a successful system.

Water-Sanitation Advisor (U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer)
• Educated community on the negative impacts of littering by going door-to-door and sharing better solutions to
combat waste, and eliminate mosquito breeding areas.
• Planned and executed a monthly HIV/AIDS awareness program. This included informal educational walks and
talks around the community and environs, as we discussed the importance of using condoms, and the advantages
of safe sex.
• Surveyed over 50 homes in the Charlemont area concentrating on water sources and waste disposal. Provided
GPS points and a family bio for each home. This survey led to the eventual repair of the Charlemont catchment
tank.
• Worked in local restaurant every morning as an assistant cook, using this position to educate the staff on food
handling and proper food hygiene.
• Assisted a local resident in starting a small business by helping him secure funds with a solid business plan, and
taught him the skills to remain profitable.
• Planned and assisted successfully, with limited resources, in the construction training exercises for the incoming
“Group 74”, hosting 24 trainees for four days and coordinated their activities, as well as the activities of over 100
community volunteers. Included in these activities was the hosting of Water Sanitation Program Mangers from the
Inter-American and Pacific (IAP) Region, for their field training taking place in Montego Bay. The construction
included refurbishing of a water catchment tank, retrofitting of pipes, facilitating the building and retrofitting of
sanitation solutions, and the building of a pit latrine.
• Planned and assisted successfully, with limited resources, in the construction training exercises for the incoming
“Group 75”, hosting 19 trainees for three days and coordinated their activities, as well as the activities of over 20
community volunteers. Included in these activities was the building of a grease trap, pit latrine, and retaining wall
for Dundee Basic School, and the painting and clean-up of the Seaford Town Health Clinic

loveseats, and chairs.
Cad Cam Frame Developer
