Manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for use at airports and government installations.

Production & Inventory Control Manager

Specifically hired to develop and implement plans to reduce inventory and increase turns.

Led Planning, Scheduling, Shipping and Receiving and Inventory Control.

Achievements:

• Used DMAIC process to identify key issues and developed reduction plans.

• Over the course of one (1) year reduced the average monthly inventory by 25.4% and increased

turns by 23.3%
