• Responsible for every aspect of the rig and its operations and tools and equipment
needed for the oncoming job and supervise directional work and ensure operations go as
planned by drilling engineer and superintendent.
• Responsible for HS&E.
• Ensures that rig operations comply with environmental and other government
regulations.
• Supervise rig personnel and third party on safety and productivity.
• Ensure production requirements are met and minimize downtime on equipment
• Plan and schedule rig maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure
efficiency.
• Responsible for planning rig moves around road bans and other obstacles.
• Organize and supervise the set up and dismantling of the rig.
• Plan and organize final site preparation before the rig is dismantled and site
clean up after the rig is dismantled.
Work with reports at the end of the well and daily drilling report well view.

Toolpusher
• Oversee all rig operations to ensure they are conducted safely and effectively.
• Provide guidance and direction to rig crew on specific job tasks to be performed, enforcing

Roughneck
