As the Central Cashier at Solitude Ski Resort I deliver, collect and verify all banks and return each to a set
balance in specific denominations. Each day I make a bank deposit and maintain balance of the central
vault.

At JH Resources my duties include invoicing customers and paying sub-contractors using Quickbooks. I
maintain contact with each customer and client, rectifying any issues which arise. I submit monthly taxes
and help prepare quarterly and yearly filings.

Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, Univ. of Connecticut Babbidge Library - June 2009-Jan 2012
As supervisor of shipping and receiving for the library, I was in charge of sending out books on loan to
different libraries across the country using UPSʼs WorldShip software in addition to mail and packages for
all 80+ staff members. Each semester (5 total) I hired, scheduled, trained, and supervised between 12
and 20 students. During this time I also ran the Libraryʼs supply room, ordering supplies, fulfilling and
charging out supply requests for staff members and maintaining inventories.

Cashroom Clerk/Audit, Killington and Pico Resorts - Dec 2008-April 2009
While working for Killington and Pico Resorts, I was responsible for verifying all money received by a
given base lodge, and producing an Excel spreadsheet to reflect the days revenues. I was also
responsible for entering the data into Killingtonʼs RTP computer program and returning the money back to
the main cashroom.

During this time I worked two jobs at the Babbidge Library. My first was working in the Administrative
office; tasks included answering phones, digitizing files, updating the Library website and other clerical
tasks. My second job was working as a technology assistant for the libraryʼs Learning Resource Center.
Tasks included helping students with the Universityʼs E-mail and student websites, Microsoft Office,
Photoshop and iMovie.
