WORK EXPERIENCE:
8/2013 - Current Staffmark: Staffing Specialist:
Responsible to fulfill all staffing needs for my customers
daily, while also ensuring the quality of people being
placed. Required to have a current and thorough knowledge
of all companies as to provide the best most consistent
customer service when speaking to them daily. Must ensure
that we are meeting all of our customers needs, and that
they are satisfied with the quality of our services every
week, while at the same time making sure that all employees
are fully equipped with all the tools that they need to
succeed in their particular assignment. Constant multi-
tasking and problem solving are the two most important and
necessary aspects of my job.
3/2012 - 8/2013 Staffmark : Customer Service Rep./ Operations
Specialist:
Essentially my job was to make everyone else's job easier,
whatever that may entail. Responsible for everyday office
operations such as preparing paperwork for new hires,
orientation packets, and pay enrollment. Answering multiple
phone lines to assist customers, clients, and temporaries
with any needs and checking in anyone that comes through
the door. In charge of all filling, organization and daily
faxes, as well as data entry such as entering pay
information, documenting calls in peoplesoft, or any
changes to employees file. Responsible to assist and
support all of the account managers with any daily needs;
preparing orientation documents, emailing clients on their
behalf, scheduling meetings, driving to companies to pick
up timecards, etc. I was also responsible to support the
area manager in every way, from maintaining her calendar,
to running her errands. There were very few things that
were not in my job description.
1/2008- 5/2012 Carrabba's Italian Grill: Server:
Responsible for greeting and serving guests, taking
parties, answering phones, and remaining calm,
courteous and
hospitable during busy or high stress
situations. Making sure all
opening duties are performed including breads
baked, lemons cut, coffee and tea brewed, server sections
mapped insuring that each section is covered with the most
suitable server for that particular section in order to
provide for a smooth shift.

answering multiple phone
lines, sending emails and faxes, making copies, data entry
including applications, and payroll information. Completed

each client's company to provide the best employees for
each company's specific requirements at any given time.
Conducted interviews daily as to maintain a solid employee

notice in a high stress environment, while still ensuring
