Project Manager
The Mobile Content Solutions group focuses on delivering mobile applications and
tools to the Verizon customers by allowing vendors to sell their products through
Verizon. Involved in several projects such as Premium Messaging Service, Cellcrypt
and Redbox Instant to manage projects, resources and releases.
Involved in process improvements for Project Management team, including developing
the release management, resource management reporting and task alignment process
Project alignment based on Line of effort provided along with task alignment within
a project, including aligning with external teams to meet the scheduled project
